WHICH COUNTRIES DOES VSF DELIVER TO?

Currently, VSF only sells products to customers in the United States. Though this might change in the future, so stay tuned!

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Usually, it takes 3–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! If you spend $75+, you'll get free shipping! Otherwise, if you are in San Francisco, reduced shipping at $2.99 is available. I, simply, drop off the stuffies in person :). For orders outside of SF, flat rate shipping and handling fees apply at $3.99 and $1.25, respectively.

HOW DOES COVID-19 AFFECT MY ONLINE STORE PURCHASES?

The fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

From me! It's all handcrafted!

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before getting in touch, please do the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your

neighbor’s, get in touch at vsf.official.shop@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but

shipping will be at your own cost. To avoid this from happening, please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. To make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All products are handmade! The yarn is either bought secondhand or new!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, drop VSF a line at vsf.official.shop@gmail.com.

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help resolve this issue for you
quickly, please email vsf.official.shop@gmail.com within a week's time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
I'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

VSF doesn't offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
me know by contacting vsf.official.shop@gmail.com

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact vsf.official.shop@gmail.com within one week with photos of wrong/damaged
items, and it'll be sorted out for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

At this time, VSF doesn't offer exchanges.
